The Asado Dual Grande Parrilla Grill with Upper Level Solid Warming Plate, Brasero and Rotisserie. Bespoke Canopy Above
Our Asado Parilla Grills (sometimes called Santa Maria grills, or Braai in South Africa) are based on a typical Argentinian cooking style and are perfect for cooking big steaks and other cuts of meat to perfection.
Hardwood logs are burned down to charcoal embers, in a fire basket or Brasero and pulled under the cooking area where they can be moved around to regulate the cooking temperature under the grill plate.
The classic 'V' shaped Parilla style grill, guides oil and grease into a drip tray at the front, reducing flare-ups and the whole grilling surface can be easily raised, or lowered, using the hand wheel to give you even more control over your cooking,
Manufactured using stainless steel, our Asado grills will keep their good looks, require minimal maintenance and always be a great looking feature in your outdoor kitchen area. They can be used on our purpose built Fire Tables, fixed over a fire pit or can be fully enclosed in a brick housing.
Log basket is an optional extra.

The Saltero (single) is our small Asado and has a single variable height Parilla grill plate.
Ideal if you have limited space.
Can also be used with our optional griddle plate (Chapa) by simply removing the Parilla and inserting our optional Chapa plate.

Versatility and choice
The Gemelo (double) is our top of the range, dual surface Asado.
It has a single variable height Parilla grill and a solid fixed height griddle plate (Chapa). Giving you great versatility and choice.
Not only do you get great steaks, you can griddle eggs, fry sliced onions, and even cook pancakes.

The Grande (big) is ideal for cooking a feast or entertaining on a large scale.
With a large variable height Parilla grill you can load it up and get the party started big time.
We also have a Dual Parrilla Grill option, so you can now cook low 'n' slow on a fixed height upper grill while using the variable height vee grill beneath. There is also a solid warming plate option, if you want to just keep your food hot whilst freeing up space on the grill to finish off.

Our Fire Tables are purpose built for use with our Asado Grills or our heavy duty griddle (Chapa) plates, to give you an authentic Argentinian style barbeque experience in the comfort of your own garden .
Available in two sizes - Small and Large and the option to have them with legs or as a tabletop version, allowing you to place it on any solid suitable surface. Both options have adjustable levelling feet to ensure stability.
Our Fire tables are lined with 25mm thick fire bricks on the base, to help deflect the heat up and insulate the underside from the high temperatures.
We also have a range of free-standing grill and griddle plates (Chapa) designed to use with our Fire Tables. Log basket is not included.

The Bombero Mobile Fire Table - Heavy Duty Quality
fitted with Asado Dual Grande Parrilla Grill with Warming Plate, Motorised Rotisserie, Over Grill Chapa Plate, Side Mounted Brasero, Tool Tray and ToolsDesigned for domestic or commercial use the Bombero Mobile Fire Table provides a strong, stable and mobile platform for over the fire cooking using our range of Asado Parrilla Grills. A great solution for anyone wanting to set up a temporary outdoor kitchen in a garden, at an event or party and ideal for anyone wanting to move the grill when not in use.
Manufactured using 304 Stainless Steel, the box section frame provides a rigid, strong platform to support the fire pit which is lined with fire bricks help to insulate and contain the heat. The drop down front door, rear and side panels are also manufactured using 304 grade stainless steel making the Bombero not only stylish, but durable and easy to clean.
The heavy duty hinged drop down front door panel provides easy access to the fire pit area and sliding air vents are fitted to the front and back to regulate airflow across the fire giving you control at all times.
The 125mm diameter heavy duty castors make the Bombero easy to move around on firm surfaces and enables you to wheel it on or off a van or trailer. Once in position it can be locked in place using the braked stainless steel castors.

The Nino Compact Grill and Fire Table - A Perfect Combination
fitted with a Dual Saltero Parrilla Grill with Warming Plate, Motorised Rotisserie, Side Mounted Shelves, Canopy, Tool Tray and ToolsDesigned for use where space is limited, the Nino Grill Table is a very compact and versatile solution for over the fire cooking. Perfect for small patio areas, roof gardens or large balconies, the Nino can be supplied with Adjustable feet, or Castors making it very easy to move around. A Fire Tray under the grilling area is ideal for use with charcoal or wood or a combination of both. A handy low level shelf makes a convenient storage place.

Manufactured using 304 Stainless Steel, the Nino is not only stylish, but very durable and easy to clean. The Fire Tray can be lifted out for emptying and cleaning.

Add a Chapa Plate to your Parrilla Grill - made in the UK by Wildpyre
Versatility - anytime.
An "Over Grill Chapa Plate" placed on a Grande Parrilla Grill
The Over Grill Chapa Plate is a simple to use - Lift On/Lift Off - Chapa Plate developed to allow you to simply convert a portion of your Parrilla Grill into a flat griddle surface, great if you want to add thinly sliced meats or vegetables to your dishes. The plate can be added or removed at any time during the cooking process, giving you added versatility to your Wildpyre Asado Parrilla Grill.
Cooking temperature can be regulated by moving around the hot coals under the cooking area, or raising or lowering the grill plate as normal.
We have two stylish options for you to choose from;
- A 255 mm wide (approx 1/3 surface of a Grande Grill Plate)
- A 397 mm wide (approx 1/2 surface of a Grande Grill Plate)
- Can also be used on the smaller Saltero Parrilla Grill Plates
With a 5mm thick stainless steel cooking surface, our Over Grill Chapa plates will keep their good looks, are easy to clean and require minimal maintenance.
